  4.                          ADDENDUM TO ORDER ENTRY MANUAL

  6.             Version 1.2 of the program was released in June 1990.  
  7.             
  8.             This version of the program allows for  multiple  sales 
  9.             tax  rates.  The  Company  information  Screen shown on 
  10.             page 2 of the documentation has been changed  to  allow 
  11.             for the entry of up to eight different sales tax rates.  
  12.  
  13.             Further  when  you  are entering Customer orders and/or 
  14.             back orders you will be asked to select the  sales  tax 
  15.             rate  code  on  all  taxable sales.  The rates and rate 
  16.             codes will be displayed when you indicte the sale being 
  17.             processed is a taxable sale.
